      Death at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon claimed Mrs. Nancy Carver aged 82 widow of Morgan Pierce Carver, who passed away 23 years ago. The death was caused by infirmities of age and she passed away at the home of her son, Theodore Carver of 1410 Robinson avenue. Six children survive as follows George of Springfield, John W. and Frank of New Boston. Theodore of Robinson avenue and Mrs. George Allen of Scioto Trail and Mrs. Eliza Cox of New Boston.
      Mrs. Carver was a woman known for her many acts of kindness and will be - - - - - . She had long been a highly esteemed resident of Portsmouth.
