    • Funeral services for Harold Sprague, 68 of Rt. 3, who died March 11, were held Saturday in the Cheney Funeral Home.
      A retired head timekeeper for Eljer Co. he was born June 3, 1901 to Alpha and Nettie May Eaton Sprague. He was married in 1964 to the former Ruth Roberts, who survives.
      He was a member of the Richwood First United Methodist Church.
      Surviving children of a former marriage are Mrs. Ray Hill, Milford Center, Domma M. Sprague, Columbus, Harold of Arlington, Va. amd Marvin of Columbus. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. James Shato, Gallipolis, Mrs. Melfin Dutton, Columbus, Mrs. Jay Houser, Milford Center and Mrs. Marvin Barnhart, Columbus and six grand children.
      Rev. James Wagner officiated at the services. Burial was in Claibourne Cemetery.
