    • John C. Pertuset, 79, of McDermott Rt 1, died this morning in Scioto Memorial Hospital after a long illness. A native of Lombardsville and a member of Lombardsville Community Church, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellie robinson Pertuset in 1971. Survivors include his second wife, Virginia Mills Pertuset; four sons, Harold of Springfield, Estel of McDermott Rt 1, Robert of Cincinnati and Gene of Ironton; two stepsons, Robert and Bascom Mills, both of McDermott Rt 1, a daughter Mrs. Lucille Boggs of Wheelersburg; six brothers, Julius, August, James and Frank, all of McDermott Rt 1, Ernest of Lucasville Rt 5, and Glenn of Peebles; a sister, Mrs. Rose Robinson of McDermott Rt 1; 11 grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Services are to be Tuesday at 2pm at the church, with Rev Lee Hammond officiating, and burial in Oswego Cemetery. Friends may call at Botkin Funeral Home here, Monday from 6 To 9pm.
