  	Virginia Thorton Mills Pertuset, 90, of McDermott, died Monday, Oct 4, 1999, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born Feb 14, 1909, in Otway, a daughter of the late Robert and Matilda Euton Thornton. She was a member of Lombardsville Community Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bascom Mills, Sr. in 1954; and her second husband (third), John Pertuset, Oct 22, 1977. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Lawrence Thornton. Surviving are two sons, Robert Lee Mills of Lucasville, and Bascom Mills, Jr of McDermott; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be held at 2pm Thursday at Lombardsville Community Church, with the Rev John Euton, Jr and Daron Lilly officiating, and interment in Garvin Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9pm Wednesday at Botkin Funeral Home in Otway and from 1:30 to 2pm Thursday at the Church.
